In my address to the stakeholders present, I highlighted the diverse initiatives through which we are dedicated to ensuring the attainment of the objectives of this body, contributing to a more prosperous nation.
The council’s establishment marks a significant step forward in recognizing and strengthening the vital contributions of MSMEs to Nigeria’s economic landscape. By providing a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and strategic planning, the council aims to address the challenges faced by small businesses and enhance their capacity to drive sustainable growth.
As we embark on this new journey, SMEDAN is poised to leverage its expertise and resources to support the council’s mission. Our focus will be on streamlining processes, facilitating access to funding, and creating opportunities for capacity building. We believe that with the collective effort of all stakeholders, we can create an ecosystem that nurtures innovation, fosters entrepreneurship, and ultimately, transforms Nigeria’s economic prospects.
